The staff were pleasant
I really enjoyed the magnificent and decent location next door to the center of Charlottetown. The location was on the outskirts of Charlottetown

The venue was luxurious and modern, I truly enjoyed the stay and the location was EXCELLENT short walk to Charlottetown Mall, and restaurants, and shopping. Well-appointed room with 3 double beds, I had a very very good stay. The staff was very very helpful and the host too. I had coffee, cookies, baked buns and fruit in the morning.

Pleasant stay, as always. Luxurious hotel located in a shopping area really close to downtown and Cavendish.- Lots of options, healthy food.- Great-sized and reasonably priced units with three queen beds.- Very helpful staff.

At check in we asked for places to eat nearby. We were told of 3 Chinese and 2 pizza places. P.E.I.? Seafood should have been the recommendation!

Close to centre town. Low noise. Close to main highway.
Air conditioner was too close to the headboard. Would have been more comfortable in a king bed. Room needs an update

The staff at this hotel were extremely helpful and accommodating, always willing to go the extra mile to ensure guest satisfaction. the continental breakfast provided was a convenient and tasty option to start the day. the location of the hotel was ideal, centrally located and easily accessible to key attractions and amenities.
There were some aspects of the hotel that could be improved upon. the rooms were on the smaller side and some had stained carpets, which was a bit off-putting.

The value and location
Ice machine broke, but working in no time. Air conditioner was not ready to use. Plastic still covering it.

No coffee makers in room, antique TV's, limited to no Wi-Fi. They tell you to get Wi-Fi to hook into one of the neighboring business'S. Have to walk outside around building to get complimentary breakfast. Pool was not swimmable, not even nice to look at. Front of building is maintained, but no where else. Put it this way, I will never book another vacation at another econolodge, no matter where it is, this place put me off that much.
Not one thing. And didn't like is being kind.

It's a fine value for what you pay.
The facilities are in varying states of disrepair, like loose tiles on steps, etc.

It was convenient to the airport for an arrival in the middle of the night.
The location of this property is good if you're needing access to the airport, but it is a long way from the downtown core or any attractions. The complimentary breakfast is only white bread or sugary cereal or yogurt. The room the breakfast is in was not so clean and the tables consisted of old mismatched and falling apart chairs. One even had a big burn mark from an iron on it. There was one woman who was helpful on staff at the desk. The man on the desk was helpful if he was around, but was always in the little room off the office doing who knows what and would not always hear you and/or bother to come out. The room itself was typical cheap motel feel. If the price were half what I paid perhaps I could give it a better review, but I felt it was quite outrageously priced for what I got.

I recently stayed at this older Inn for a short vacation, and I must say it wasn't bad for the price. The morning staff was very nice, and the young man in the breakfast room was outgoing and attentive. Check out was quick, and there were brochures in the lobby for things to do. I also enjoyed seeing the cute foxes living nearby.
Would recommend this hotel.

Not much.
It wasn't very clean, the air conditioner in the other room was loud, the bed wasn't comfortable, the phone didn't work, and we paid too much for what we got.
